Section 4.1 says "A processor may raise an error [err:XQST0034] if the modules of a query do not have the same version number."  

That seems like a strange error to call in that case, since that error has to do with duplicate function declarations.

Thank you for reporting this.  I checked the internal draft and this error condition has already been removed.
