The current caption on the svg element mapping table [1] is "Table describing mapping of WAI-ARIA roles to accessibility APIs", which is the table caption from the Core-AAM role mapping table [2]. 

It should be something like "Table describing mapping of SVG elements to accessibility APIs" or just "Mappings of SVG elements to accessibility APIs".
