Description Simon Grant 2015-06-30 12:48:03 UTC
The links to the examples at http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-polyglot/html-polyglot.html#example-document are dead
Comment 1 Eliot Graff 2015-06-30 14:28:36 UTC
The links in this passage in section 5 are broken:

The following example code acts as polyglot markup and validates as either XHTML or as HTML. You can view the page live served as HTML, at http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-xhtml-author-guide/SamplePage.html and the same bytes served as XHTML, at http://dev.w3.org/html5/html-xhtml-author-guide/SamplePage.xhtml.

Mike, any idea where they got moved to?

Nope. And given the fact that this document is longer being maintained, there is no plan to fix this or any other problems it might currently have. Also, since it was published under a license which doesn't allow any of the content be copied and modified and republished elsewhere, we don't even have the option of suggesting that somebody migrate it to Github or somewhere. It's essentially dead for good at this point.
