The assert in test case K2-Steps-34  assumes that the b-node occurs before the c-node, but they are in different trees and thus the ordering is implementation-defined.

I agree. Fixed by changing the "/" operator to "!" and making this an XQ30+ test.

I think the dependency still reads:
