In the first paragraph of section 4.1 (Version Declaration), it says:

    "the version number "3.0" indicates the intent that the module be processed by an XQuery 3.0 processor XQuery 1.0 processor,"


The "XQuery 1.0 processor" should be removed from this phrase (it is mentioned earlier in the sentence.)
