Description Priscilla Walmsley 2015-05-28 12:16:06 UTC
There is a sentence in the spec that says "The syntax for variable declarations allows annotations, but XQuery 3.0 does not define annotations that apply to variable declarations." But it does define annotations for variable declarations - %public and %private. Should this sentence be removed?

This looks like it is a duplicate of part (1) of 16105, but it was never addressed?
Comment 1 Jonathan Robie 2015-06-09 16:21:00 UTC
Yes, it should be removed. I will do so.
Comment 2 Andrew Coleman 2015-06-12 11:16:04 UTC
At the teleconference on 2015-06-09, the Working Group agreed to make this fix (editorial).
Comment 3 Michael Kay 2015-07-06 09:30:07 UTC
Confirmed that the spec has been changed as agreed.
