Under "Status of this Document", the 5th para says:
    You are very welcome to file a new bug ...
with a link to:
    https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/enter_bug.cgi?product=CR%20HTML%20Canvas%202D%20Context&component=HTML5%20spec&priority=P3

However, following this link yields a page that says:
    Sorry, either the product CR HTML Canvas 2D Context does not exist
    or you aren't authorized to enter a bug into it.

(Note that this is different from "Commenting on this Last Call Working Draft",
which links to:

which appears to work.)
