The specification states:

[Definition: The void elements of HTML5 are area, base, br, col, command, embed, hr, img, input, keygen, link, meta, param, source, track and wbr.] 

however, "command" appears not to be listed in

At the telecon on 2015-05-19, the WG agreed to resolve this by removing 'command' from the list
