4.2.6.2 When Keyboard Handlers Shortcuts Steal the Keys

- You should comment on potential collisions with key hooks in AT, too. Clearly, AT must not interfere with all the keyboard navigation control patterns you describe, but you have to SAY that explicitly.

Believe this is resolved by new keyboard section. Please open new github issue if it is not.
