The current spec at http://www.w3.org/TR/dom/ has a link to http://w3c.github.io/dom/ which resolves to a 404. Either the link should be http://w3c.github.io/dom/Overview.src.html or the github repo should provide an index.html file.

The editor's draft has been decommissioned. A new TR snapshot will be published next Tuesday that no longer links there.
