The mentioned tests, error-0610a and error-0610b currently expect XTDE0610. But this has been dropped in favor of XTDE0700, see bug 28355, so the tests need to be forked.

Other impacted tests are some static param tests that currently accept both XTDE0610 and XTDE0700, where now only one of these is allowed.

Fixed as suggested.

If the dependent bug is resolved differently than expected, we should reopen this issue.
