Do you mean in Section 5. Accessible Name and Description Calculation [1]? Everywhere in that section already refers to accname-aam for calculation of description for describedby.

Do you just want those links to "Accessible Name and Description: Computation and API Mappings 1.1" to specifically target the "Description Computation" section in accname-aam? Or something else?
