Description Dylan Barrell 2015-03-07 17:01:36 UTC
The spec mentions switching between application mode and document mode here:

http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#application-1

and here

http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-1.1/#widget-1

I think the information provided for the application role is also relevant for the widget role (for example, the NOTE section should also be replicated for a widget)

Would it be better to abstract that information into a section that could be referenced by both?
