string value" mean that attributes can also have values that are not strings?
(note: I'm not talking about
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/infrastructure.html#common-microsyntaxe
s which, as I understand, are just descriptions of the format of (attribute)
values).

Or does it rather mean that the value is always a string and it may be any
value?
