Move first sentence OF keyboard to Description section.
Move note 2 to description section
Drop note 3

Drop the words "text on" from labelling section.

Rephrase:
"End - Moves splitter to the maximum size of the region.
Home - Moves splitter to the minimum size of the region.
Enter Restore splitter to previous position (undo Home or End)."

to be for correct behaviour enter minimize/restore. End and Home (IMO are optional)

Get rid of
"Control+F6 Optionally brings focus directly to the splitter. Pressing Control+F6 again would rotate forward through additional splitters located on the page.
Shift+Control+F6 optionally reverses the direction rotating backwards through additional splitters located on the page."

Make End and Home Optional keystrokes.
