Test case error-047b refers to a stylesheet error-047b.xsl which does not exist. This causes test catalog-004 to fail. Commenting out the test pro tem.

The test case has a bit of a problem anyway, in that the test driver can't really be expected to have a path that deliberatly triggers this error, even if the API allows both parameters to be specified.

Decided to drop this test.
