The link to "decrypt" in section "19. Algorithm Overview" goes to the definition of "verify" and not "decrypt"

The full bullet reads:

 * The decrypt method requires the verify operation.

Correction: The link is correct, it is the operation name that is incorrect.

Suggesting: reword decrypt --> verify
