The use cases includes this phrase:
  "the rise of WebSockets and RTCWEB allows"

I could be wrong, but this would make more sense to me if worded as WebRTC.

From what I can tell, RTCWEB is the name of the IETF working group, whereas WebRTC is name of the browser technology and W3C working group:
