The "origin" link in the Note at the top of https://url.spec.whatwg.org/#origin goes to http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-cascade-3/#origin which is probably not what it should be doing.

It seems this regressed when moving to bikeshed :-( It should point to HTML's definition of origin: https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/browsers.html#origin
