For MPEG-2 TS sourcing audio track @kind for "descriptions" and "main-desc" clarify that the referenced fields are in the ac3 audio descriptor in the PMT. Also clarify this applies to E-AC-3.

Add rules for setting @kind to "descriptions" and "main-desc" for aac audio as defined in SCTE 1932 [1].
