http://www.w3.org/wiki/HTML/Elements/isindex claims that the <isindex> element is not implemented anymore. Should the application/x-www-form-urlencoded parser drop its isindex flag? If not, what uses that flag?
It is implemented. Although it was recently dropped from Blink (the HTML parser part only I think).
Doesn't <input name=isindex> use that flag still? I doubt that was also removed.
