Not sure whether things should be exposed in workers. Looks like Gecko only exposes Event and MessageEvent.

Exposed=Window is the default, right? I agree that none of the interfaces defined in the spec belong in workers. I didn't think there was any marking I needed to do as a result.

Oh, so it seems. I still think it would be clearer if we just annotated all cases, and dropped the default from IDL.
