Description Devarshi Pant 2014-07-09 16:47:57 UTC
Often time links 'More' or 'ellipses (...)' are used as indicators to tell users that paragraph etc. is a blurb. A role = "blurb" that announces the state of the block of text can be helpful to screen readers.

The pattern for this would be aria-expanded. The APG has examples.
