The [MQ] link in the Dependencies section should point to the current (level4) Media Queries spec but instead points to the obsolete level4 spec (via http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/references.html#refsMQ). 

For readers this is especially confusing in this case because the spec specifically references the <media-condition> production, which doesn't exist in the level3 spec (it's only in level4).

The root cause of this is https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=26174 but it would be good if we could work around that problem for now by changing the text in http://www.whatwg.org/specs/web-apps/current-work/multipage/edits.html#dependencies-0 to point directly to the level4 spec.
