Examples should provide the desired mark-up because users will follow them subconsciously.
We should therefore promote in all our examples accessible html mark-up.
For a fix I would suggest to replace
ALT=""
with
ALT"Marie Lloyd"

note, alt is not empty in all code examples just some, will review.
