Description Matt Miller 2014-05-19 23:44:40 UTC
As a user of the API, it can be confusing to figure out how deriveKey is used. Adding an example would be very beneficial, even if it's somewhat trivial.

This concern may be moot once deriveKey/deriveBits are clarified as indicated by other issues.

In order to progress towards exit to Last Call for the Web Crypto API, the
chair suggests the following resolution for that bug.

Resolution : Bug RESOLVED as WONTFIX. Based on the fact that no contribution neither comment was made to that proposal.

If none objects before the 20th of Oct @20:00 UTC, this resolution will be
endorsed.
Comment 2 Mark Watson 2014-10-22 21:15:46 UTC
Closing per Chair's proposal.
