We do not need to reference the Image Capture spec (at least not formally) since the "Media Capture and Streams" does not depend on it.
The Image Capture spec is only mentioned as an example of a MediaStream consumer. I guess we could keep it that way and have an informal reference (to help people locate it if they want to know more).
Agree, and in section 4.1 "Introduction" there is an informal ref to image cap, but Cullen is refering to section 12 "Examples" where it is said "forthcoming Image Capture" in one place. This should be updated to ref the image cap spec.
