Would be good to have links to <dfn> elements show the definitions in tooltips of some sort. Especially on the multi-page version.

https://github.com/whatwg/wattsi/pull/46 could be further refined to provide for this—or else we could do it in a follow-up PR that builds on that one

I'm OK WONTFIXing this. The multipage dfn code makes this much less painful than it used to be.
