When would you have a <script> or <template> _and_ some <option> elements?

Why would you have <script> or <template> and some <option> elements in <optgroup>?

or similarly in <table>? <ol>? <menu>? etc.

I suppose you might have <template> and <option> if you do <datalist><template>...</template></datalist> and then stamp out the templates...
