On Mac, "=" key (USB Usage ID 0x67) on numpad is supported.

Actually, I confirmed that keycode 0x51 (kVK_KeypadEquals) is fired with programable keyboard.

I think that D3E should define NumpadEqual as a code value.

Oh, usual Mac full keyboard has "=" key on its numpad.

I guess that you just forgot to define this key in the table.
