* Link to Translations now points to F&O  3.1 instead of F&O 3.0
* s/XSLT 3.0 (expected in 2013) specification/XSLT 3.0 (expected in 2015) specification/
* s/example functions in Appendix D/example functions in Appendix C/

Since F&O is out now, it target F&O 3.1

RFC 3023 has been now replaced by RFC 7303

Largely fixed. I wasn't able to find a couple of the references (eg "expected in 2013"), presuably they have gone. References to XP, XQ, and XDM have been replaced by references to 3.1; references to XSLT are a bit more awkward since there is no planned version of XSLT that uses F+O 3.1, but I've done my best in the circs.
