Description Mounir Lamouri 2014-02-17 16:32:37 UTC
See: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webapps/2013AprJun/0055.html
and the following thread.

Some comments have already been applied. Some have not. This bug is to keep track of the thread.
Comment 1 Mounir Lamouri 2014-02-17 17:50:46 UTC
All the comments from the original emails have been fixed. Only those two points have not been tackled:

> 6) I think it might be worth merging most of Terminology and section
> 4.3 into a "Model" section that more clearly explains how this
> specification expands the model of a "Screen" in the platform.

> 7) This specification needs to define the scope of the locking
> operation. Does it affect an origin, does it simply go away after
> navigation (if so, that needs to be coordinated with HTML and
> defined), etc.
Comment 2 Mounir Lamouri 2014-02-17 17:52:17 UTC
As a side note, in that thread, there is a comment from Bin Du about what should be done for situations like an iframe using this API.
Comment 3 Mounir Lamouri 2014-03-14 20:33:12 UTC
This is done/other bugs are filed.
