Tests set '_as-test-set.xml' contains duplicate environment with the 'as-01' name. 

- What environment must be used for tests? 
- Should duplicated environment be removed or renamed?

Removed in Rev#672. If it results in other tests failing, so be it (and we should fix them), but on a first look, it seems ok. I removed the one that seemed at odds, see rev history for details.
