Since keys are atomized, they should be freely available and can be referenced (in fact, a grouping streaming example uses them). I am not certain whether the current rules allow them to be used, but under the rules for variable references, it might be clarifying to explicitly allow this with posture and sweep being grounded and motionless.
We discussed this in Prague and decided to await the result of our work on bug 24455 and bug 24510.
I'm not sure why this was marked "resolved", but I am re-opening as I see no evidence that we arrived at a resolution. (Also the actual bug appears to bear little relation to the title).
I fixed the title to be more meaningful, it appeared to somehow have gotten the title of bug 24554, which is unrelated.
I believe this issue is resolved as a result of our work on bug 24455 and bug 24510. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 24510 ***
