Description Abel Braaksma 2014-01-23 22:46:21 UTC
Both the links on the top-right (pointing to https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/docs/en/html/bugreports.html) and the "Bugzilla User's Guide" link on the bugzilla homepage (linking to https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/docs/en/html/using.html) return an HTTP 404 error.

I also tried the non-HTTPS version, same results. Was it relocated?

On a side note: the only component available for Bugzilla bugs is "accessibity", which isn't applicable, but it left me no choice ;).
