maybe

status bar: information about ongoing network activity, the target and pings of a link, or similar

toolbar: contains a list of commands as buttons, typically at least the "back" button

Actually isn't the Back button usually on the location bar, historically?

Anyway, done.

Checked in as WHATWG revision r8393.
Check-in comment: Vaguely try to clarify 'status bar' and 'toolbar' for the mostly obsolete BarProp APIs.
