An example says "<select name=c autocomplete="bday">" but we don't currently
allow autocomplete="" on <select>. We should allow it on <select>.

Checked in as WHATWG revision r8383.
Check-in comment: Make the spec consistent on whether <select> takes autocomplete='' (it now unambiguously does; this is, I believe, a new feature that browsers don't yet support).
