Leading up to the heartbeat, I myself added RFC 2119 terminology to the draft here and there.

I was under the assumption that simply by typing e.g. MUST, in uppercase, then the ReSpec tool would place the necessary reference to RFC 2119 into the draft.

Alas, this is not the case.
