Description Masayuki Nakano 2013-11-08 02:37:19 UTC
"VideoModeNext" has been defined in the new WD of D3E. It's useful for GDK_Next_VMode. However, there is GDK_Prev_VMode. So, D3E should also define "VideoModePrevious".

These values come from HRcEvent, which are summarized here (and other places):

http://www.videolan.org/developers/libbluray/src/libbluray/bdj/java/org/havi/ui/event/HRcEvent.java

Note that they don't define a 'Prev' version of the key.

I believe that this is because the key is on a remote controller and:

(*) There is not a lot of room on the controller for both a 'next' and a 'prev' key.

(*) There are typically only a small number of video modes (3 or 4), so not being able to go backwards is not a problem.
