The list of supported operations in:

https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webcrypto-api/raw-file/tip/spec/Overview.html#algorithms-index

Does not indicate any algorithms as supporting wrapKey/unWrapKey.

Whereas the per-algorithm table for RSA-OAEP does list them:

https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webcrypto-api/raw-file/tip/spec/Overview.html#rsa-oaep

I suggest resolving this inconsistency and either list them in both places, or none.
