Looking at the "Applying CSS Properties to WebVTT Node Objects" sections I can't seem to find where 'right' and 'height' have been defined for WebVTT region objects.
It says: "Every WebVTT region object is initialized with the following CSS settings: ... * the 'right' property must be set to right " As for height, it gives the following boundaries: " * the 'min-height' property must be set to '0px' * the 'max-height' property must be set to height " 'height' was deliberately not set such that the region can change height for rollup captions (i.e. for regions with a 'scroll' setting). However, I think the spec is missing a 'height' setting for non-scroll regions. In the non-scroll case, the 'height' should be set to height.
