Section 11.1 big5 (http://encoding.spec.whatwg.org/#big5) has a table: Pointer Code points Notes 1133 U+00CA U+0304 Ê̄ (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND MACRON) 1135 U+00CA U+030C Ê̌ (LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND MACRON) 1164 U+00EA U+0304 ê̄ (LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND CARON) 1166 U+00EA U+030C ê̌ (LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND CARON) "LATIN SMALL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND MACRON" and "LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX AND CARON" should be swapped. The rest of the second row is correct. For example, U+00CA is LATIN CAPITAL LETTER E WITH CIRCUMFLEX and U+030C is COMBINING CARON.

I used "Nigel Tao". If you'd like to change that somehow let me know, no problem! And thanks for reporting this bug!
"Nigel Tao" is fine. Sorry for the late reply.
