Description Hayato Ito 2013-09-02 05:29:15 UTC
The current spec doesn't mention the behavior of shadow elements in the oldest shadow root.

<Shadow> elements in the oldest shadow roots have been worked as the <content> elements so far.

We should mention that in the new distribution algorithm.

Addressed in the spec.
