There is one small issue that jumps out at me and that is in regards to having
a declared method for determining an agent's storage limits and the amount
consumed/remaining in that allotment.

Very possibly this issue is already under consideration but in apparent
absence of an indication of it's consideration it seemed worthwhile to mention
it.
