Description Anne 2013-08-30 18:18:29 UTC
Decoder and encoder should have an "error handling mode" and "error" algorithm. For encoder "error" should take a code point as argument.

"error" switches on "error handling mode" and either causes termination of the encoder/decoder or returns U+FFFD/a byte sequence based on the code point argument.
