I have to log in on (nearly) every page load for the W3C bugzilla tracker. The WebKit and Firefox Bugzilla trackers don't do this, so it must be specific to the W3C instance.

The only suggestion I've gotten from the W3C systems team so far is uncheck the 'Restrict this session to this IP address (using this option improves security)' option on the login page.
