* Need to decide what host's internal representation is and be consistent throughout the specification (prolly domain (list of domain labels) or IPv6 (list of pieces)).
* Need to be able to serialize a domain.
* Need to add API: domainToASCII & domainToUnicode

* Need to file bugs on HTML to remove its IDNA stuff and depend for them on URL instead.
