Since hgroup is removed from spec should we not remove the multiple references to it throughout the document, except for section 11.2?

Hi Dave, 

I went through and checked again for instances of hgroup, it is only mentioned where applicable in relation to parsing and default CSS display rules. This is in line with other obsolete elements.
