Description Peter Van der Beken 2013-06-28 07:41:10 UTC
The spec currently says "A named properties object must be a function object". It's not clear why this is the case. Also, the named properties object doesn't follow the first characteristic of a function object ("Its [[Prototype]] internal property is the Function prototype object").
