Description torleif 2013-06-26 04:27:50 UTC
"The name and content IDL attributes must reflect the respective content attributes of the same name."

The name attribute is limited and can't always reflect the content of the tag. For example opengraph and application specific metatags are now invalid:

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="chrome=1">

<meta property='og:title' content='My Title' />

This seems to be based on a misunderstanding of the spec.
